During this step, the operator will use the different correction tools from editing softwares (such as Photoshop, Lightroom…) to modify parameters such as brightness or saturation, for instance.

The operator will adapt the image and color to his/her sensitivity and pre-control the result on a calibrated screen with the selection of 'soft proofing' in the color management software. This will simulate the final print with the help of the ICC profile for matching the paper and printer.

Note : the image should be recorded with its adequate ICC profile.
