As documentary photographers we require a paper stock that can translate the spontaneous moment which we experience behind the lens whilst at the same time emphasising the mood and character of the location which we immerse ourselves. Canson® papers render our visual record for others to not only see, but feel what its like to be standing in our shoes at that precise time. We demand consistent colour accuracy, precise tonal range and unique tactile characteristics with museum grade longevity. Two of our favourite papers from Canson® Infinity are Baryta Photographique and Aquarelle Rag.

Helen is a Fine Art Graduate from Loughborough University and went onto obtain an MA in Photography from Leicester DMU. Her background is as a Fine Art photographer but she now works professionally within the commercial and corporate industries. Her love of photography came about when she was younger, always documenting what was important to her various art projects. Later on she found it was photography which provided the best platform to express herself creatively.

Helen loves to photograph people whether through portraiture, documentary or lifestyle. She focuses her eye upon social commentary. She also loves to capture atmosphere and ambience that all builds up towards a narrative. Helen has been an active member of the AOP since 2008.

Helen met David in 2009 and they set up Notworkrelated, a platform through which they are able to focus on photography, art and design which is outside of the realms of their day to day jobs. They decided to go traveling for 15 months, this meant Helen and David collaborated and were able to get back to their documentary roots and really begin to explore photography again away from the restrictions of client control.

David is a BA Interactive Design graduate from Lincoln University with a keen interest in photography. With a background working in design agencies for such clients as McDonald's, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson David has a love for graphic design, typography and print. With an eye for detail, story telling and pattern David brings a different approach to photography offering an experimental, dynamic and photo-journalistic style.

Notworkrelated is now an established travel blog offering tips and travel ideas to the thousands of travellers out there, and they also have an online shop whereby limited edition prints are available to buy from their World travels.
